Museum Pass Guidelines

Borrowers must have a current Kelley Library card and must be at least 18 years old. Museum passes are either a coupon pass or a card pass. Coupons are valid only for the date printed on the coupon and do not need to be returned to the Library. Card passes are due back to the Library before 9 PM on the same day it is borrowed or in the Museum Pass Return Box before 9 AM the very next day. If the pass is for Saturday, it is due back before 9 AM on Monday. The Library has only one card pass per museum, so it is vitally important to return the pass on time for the next family. The overdue fine is $10.00 for each day the pass is late. Patrons may reserve the pass in advance by calling the library at 603-898-7064. Reserve passes early for weekends and school holidays. Patrons may reserve only one pass per day. Reserved passes should be picked up on the reserved date or the night before. If you cancel plans to go to the museum, please call the Library as soon as possible so another family may reserve. Each museum has its own unique requirements regarding the use of its pass. Please review details below concerning each museum pass. The links below will take you to the museum’s website so that hours, special events and other details can be reviewed. This pass admits 2 adults and their children under 18 free of charge. The pass must be returned to the Kelley Library.
This pass, plus $3.00 fee per person, admits 4 people. Children under 1 year old are free.
A newsletter for the museum is available at the library.
The coupon-style pass must be turned into the Museum admission desk. It does NOT need to be returned to the library.
 Museum phone number is (617) 426-8855 The pass admits two people per pass. Pass entitles each visitor to $7 MFA general admission (limit 2). Children under 6 are free, children 7-17 $5.50 on school days until 3 pm, all other times free.

 Museum phone number is (617) 267-9300 This pass, plus $7.00 fee per person, admits 4 people to the Exhibit Halls ONLY. Entry to Laser, Omni, Planetarium and other special shows are NOT included with this pass but may be purchased from the museum. Since museum hours may change, it is advisable to call the museum before you go.The coupon-style pass must be turned in to the Museum admission desk. It does NOT need to be returned to the library.

This pass admits  4 persons to the exhibit halls. The Planetarium is $4.00 per person.  The Planetarium strongly advises reservations because seating is limited. The planetarium is open Thursdays, Saturdays, Sundays 10-5 and Fridays evenings 6:30-9PM. The planetarium will been open some holidays and during school vacations. Since planetarium hours have changed, please call the planetarium before you go.

This pass, plus $10.00 fee per person admits 4 people to the aquarium. This pass is NOT available in JULY 1 through Labor Day.  The quarterly newsletter is available at the library's circulation desk. Since aquarium hours may change, it is advisable to call the aquarium before you go. The coupon-style pass must be turned in to the Museum admission desk. It does NOT need to be returned to the library.
